Pure Joy Teen

Pure Joy Teen is an intro to strength training online program created just for teens. This is an interactive program created to help teens stay active and learn how to execute proper form and technique and give them confidence to enter the weight room on their own. This program was created to benefit all young athletes, regardless of age, gender or sport.

Pure Joy Teen is a 3 month program with 3 different phases each with 3 full-body workouts each week. Teens will need access to resistance bands and a small assortment of dumbbell weights to complete the program. In addition to form cue videos, teens will have access to the training program printouts where they can track their weights and reps to follow proper progressive overload principles. Teens are asked to create an instagram profile where they will upload videos of their workouts for form feedback. Real time form feedback is really what sets this program apart from any other program. Your teen will have access to Pure Joy Training trainers whenever they post a video for form checks. Their form will be reviewed and our trainers will provide individualized feedback for them to ensure safety, and proper lifting techniques. Tag @purejoytraining and you will receive form feedback for every workout uploaded and tagged on instagram.

Pure Joy Teen was created for my niece, who is a very talented dancer, student, and all around amazing person. I had so much fun working with her in person we wanted to create a way to allow us to continue training remotely. The program provides benefits to all teens, and athletes with exercises covering strength and endurance work, plyometric work, single leg training, core strengthening and flexibility.

Pure Joy Active

Pure Joy Active is our active online program created for adults with an intermediate knowledge of fitness and exercise. Modifications, progressions and regressions will be detailed in each video, so even if you are a beginner you have a place to start. At Pure Joy Training, we are passionate about form over weight, and ensuring everyone knows the basics of exercise in order to train safely and pain free. All workouts come with a detailed form execution video, and individuals will receive form feedback from our trainers if submitted online.

Pure Joy Active is a 3-day a week full-body program with new workouts and printouts posted each week. For this program, you will need resistance bands and an assortment of dumbbells, some gym equipment can be utilized, but modifications will be available if you do not have access to gym equipment. Adults are also encouraged to submit form videos via instagram, if you want direct feedback from Pure Joy Training. You can work the program on your own, but in order to ensure you are lifting properly and get the most out of your program we do suggest submitting form videos via instagram as needed.

Pure Joy Active was created for my dad. For the past year, we have been working together virtually, and it is time to expand his program to allow other active adults an easy to follow program to help them maintain consistency with their fitness and continue to be active in all ages and stages of life.

Pure Joy Strength

Pure Joy Strength is an advanced program with 5 days of programming and an optional 6th full body conditioning workout. Each week you will receive 3 lower body and 2 upper body workouts following progressive overload principles. Pure Joy Strength programs are designed in 4 week cycles. You can enter the program at any point during the cycle, and every 4 weeks the program will build upon the previous phase. For this program, you will need access to commercial gym equipment, and a base knowledge of training is recommended.
