Personal Training

Our 60-minute personal training sessions are customized for you! Prior to beginning personal training we will meet one-on-one to discuss your current fitness goals as well as your previous experiences with fitness and any injuries and or medical concerns you have surrounding fitness. After this initial meeting we will schedule your complimentary one-on-one session. All personal training clients will receive goal setting sessions and a personal training program developed to meet those goals. Each session will be unique and designed with you and your goals in mind. Sessions include a warmup, workout and cool down with functional training exercises, mobility, stability and flexibility training.

Session Pricing:

$85/hour

Small Group Training

Get some friends together and schedule your workouts as a small group (2 to 3 people). Small group training classes are customized based on the needs of the group, and can be designed as full body workouts or split routines focusing on individual muscle groups. Training with friends increases accountability, and is proven to make fitness consistency more successful. Small group training is a great way to start your fitness journey with friends!

Group Session Pricing:

Groups of 2: $45/per person / per session

Groups of 3: $30/per person / per session

Pricing listed is for the entire package and can be split up to three ways - sessions are valid for one year from purchase date - sessions will be deducted from the package regardless of how many group numbers attend

Training Session Rescheduling Policy:

In order to ensure you receive the most from your personal training experience all sessions must be scheduled and mutually agreed upon at the time of booking.

Any session cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, or a no-show session (a session is qualified a “no-show” after 15 minutes past the scheduled session time) will result in a session deduction from the purchased training package. 

All session fees are non-refundable and expire one year from the purchase date

Remote Training Programs

Pure Joy Teen :

Our 3 month 3-day / week introduction to strength training program is designed for teens. It is an interactive program utilizing instagram where your teen will receive active feedback from their personal trainer after each submitted workout. Workouts are designed as full body sessions focusing on the basic movement patterns for strength training. Our priority is form and progressive overload, and we are committed to helping your teen gain confidence through strength training. Workout form / educational videos and Tracking sheets are provided for each session. An assortment of dumbbells and resistance bands are required for this program.

Pure Joy Active:

Pure Joy Active is a 3-day / week intermediate strength training program. Whether you are brand new to training, or have some experience in the weight room, there is a place for you at Pure Joy Active. Each week, 3 new video tutorials are uploaded and you will be provided with a tracking sheet for your workout. You can be as engaged, or as independent as you want to be. Utilizing the form checks through instagram is encouraged, but not required. This is your journey and we are here to support you in any way you choose, for as long or as little as you choose. Basic gym equipment such as dumbbells and bands are required for this program. Modifications and progressions are provided in each video.
